Production Supervisor

Supervise daily duct fabrication activities and manage overall shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient production. Plan, assign, and monitor work for machine operators, fabricators, welders, and helpers while ensuring production targets and delivery schedules are consistently met. Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and installation teams to maintain seamless workflow and timely project execution. Ensure all ductwork is fabricated according to approved drawings, specifications, and HVAC industry standards, including SMACNA requirements. Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, joint quality, fittings, and overall workmanship, while monitoring workflow to minimize downtime and material waste. Identify and resolve fabrication issues promptly by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions to maintain high quality, improve productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction.
